Strategic Team Group are committed to investing in apprenticeship programmes to ensure we have a fully trained new generation of colleagues waiting in the wings to take internal vacancies as we expand the business, or colleagues move on.
Our apprenticeship programmes are an excellent pathway for people with a real desire and passion to work within the built environment, and level 4, 5 and 6 apprenticeships are typically offered in roles such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Technical / Design Coordination and Health & Safety. Study will generally take place in college or university 1 day per week with a view to achieving a HND or Degree level qualification. Entry requirements will vary depending on the apprenticeship.
