Technical Engineer - 3rd Line
Salary: up to £40,000 + Extensive Benefits Package

Our team is growing, so we are on the lookout for a 3rd Line Technical Engineer based in our Solihull office. The Technical Engineer sits within our Internal IT Team, working within a team of 12 employees.
The purpose of the Technical Engineer will be:
You will be on the front line of Internal IT, assisting internal teams with any technical issues they may have with their equipment. You’ll be working as a member of the Internal IT Team documenting/testing and completing some network administration.
We’d like to meet a Technical Engineer with:
- VMware Wintel experience
- Microsoft Server 2012/16
- Office 365 maintenance
- Use of network switches and Wi-Fi management
The Technical Engineer’s responsibilities & accountabilities include:
- Assisting with technical integration process and release management of projects.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues for internal teams.
- Server and SharePoint administration.
- Hardware and software updates and installation.
- Documenting system, process and procedures and configuration.
- Provide technical assistance and support, for the junior members of the internal IT team.
